Return & Exchange Policy

1. Merchandise shipped in error will be corrected at our expense. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be requested within 30 days from date of invoice. Please ask us for RGA(Return Goods Authorization) number:

2. Merchandise ordered in error will be returned freight prepaid, subject to a 5% restocking fee. 3. All defective merchandise for credit must be returned within 6 months from date of invoice.

Shipping All orders received before 3:00pm PDT will be shipped via UPS on the same business day. All orders received on Friday after 3:00pm PDT will be processed following Monday. The minimum fee for UPS Ground shipment is $1.99 and the maximum fee is $9.99. Other shipping methods are available at various rates.
